We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Manager to join our team at UnifyWork in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a full-time position with a salary of $25 an hour. The duties of the position involve:

  • Identify diseases or pests that affect landscaping and request appropriate treatments;
  • Installing or maintaining landscaped areas, performing tasks such as shoveling snow, pouring cement curbs or repairing sidewalks;
  • Review contracts or work assignments to determine service, machine, or manpower requirements for jobs;
  • Directing or assisting workers involved in the maintenance or repair of equipment, such as power tools or motorized equipment;
  • Planting or maintaining vegetation through activities such as mulching, fertilizing, watering, mowing or pruning;
  • Inventory supplies of tools, equipment or materials to ensure sufficient supplies are available and items are in usable condition;
  • Prepare or maintain necessary records, such as work activity or personal reports;
  • Train workers in tasks such as transplanting or pruning trees or shrubs, finishing cement, using equipment or caring for the lawn;
  • Recommend changes in working conditions or equipment used to increase crew efficiency;

Job requirements

Job requirements

The requirements to apply for this position are:

  • 2+ years of account management or sales experience, preferably in a SAAS or technology environment;
  • Proven experience in serving key accounts with approximately 200 customers and monthly recurring revenue of $200,000;
  • Ability to identify, cultivate and retain engaged customers;
  • Abundant energy and strong desire to achieve the best results, demonstrating a positive attitude both over the phone and in person;
  • High sense of responsibility and dedication to work quickly and accurately in an ever-changing environment;
  • Ability to stay organized and handle multiple demands simultaneously;
  • Able to work collaboratively with sales partners to drive growth or resolve customer issues;
  • Focused, reliable and self-disciplined, capable of self-management and exhibiting strong problem-solving skills.
