What are the job responsibilities?
- Audit and schedule each employee’s performance review with their supervisor;
- Manage inventory workers and oversee the planning, assignment and direction of work;
- Coordinate daily schedules, set staff rotations to meet and maintain quotas;
- Ensure supervisors and/or leaders accurately complete daily physical inventory audits;
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and leaders during production to provide adequate support;
- Responsible for overseeing hiring and firing;
- Manage inventory control in accordance with company standards and state regulations: all production kitchen inventory is recorded and entered into METRC and/or other state-specific inventory tracking systems;
- Train and train supervisors and leaders and ensure all employees follow the training program including and more.
What are the necessary requirements?
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of directly relevant experience and/or training in a role, or in an inventory, analyst or logistics role or setting, preferably in the food or beverage industry; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have work experience with a high sense of urgency, preferably in a fast-paced work environment. There must be great attention to detail. At least 1 year of supervisory or preferred leadership experience, among others.

- Ensure production staff understand and implement standard operating procedures and conduct ongoing training on SOP updates;
- Full employee reviewsaccording to company schedules and procedures;
- Conduct regular training to reward positive performance or correct deficiencies;
- Supervise team member schedules and work authorization throughout the day;
- Oversee daily production operations and much more.
