- Install, tension, tie and remove conductors/faces;
- Install/remove, erect and climb poles, towers and other structures;
- Operate dump trucks, excavator trucks, trenchers, backhoe loaders and all other construction equipment;
- Quickly and safely restore electrical service interrupted by bad weather, equipment failure or any other reason;
- Install and maintain public lighting and safety equipment;
- Operate and maintain hydraulic/air tools and systems;
- Install underground electrical equipment, including cables, switches, cable terminations and other related equipment;
- Know and understand safety and building codes;
- Trained in CPR and First Aid;
- Loading and transporting poles, transformers and materials to the construction site;
- Appear wire trees and operate chippers to tackle bushes and much more.

- Ability to carry out construction work, operation and maintenance of public lines, troubleshooting of lines and installation of transformers (including three-phase and parallel groups);
